BlackBerry smartphones has become one of the most popular smartphones today, used by many corporates for its many useful applications such as push emails, instant mesasaging and internet browsing. However, the BlackBerry devices are not equipped with application or feature to send and receive fax compared to other smartphones on the market. To send fax from Blackberry, you will need to download an fax application for your BlackBerry called Mail2Fax. You can first download the free trial version of Mail2Fax from the Mobihand website for BlackBerry specifying your Blackberry’s exact model number to ensure compatibility for your device.
After downloading the Mail2Fax application, perform the installation by using your BlackBerry’s “Application Loader” link from your “Desktop Manager”

Now, you will need to configure Mail2Fax for your Blackberry from the home screen. Settings for eFax is already pre-configured options, so all you need to do is select the service you have already activated, save the settings and get ready to fax.
To send fax from your BlackBerry, first, navigate to your “Messages” list off the Home screen and use the track wheel or track pad to select a message you want to fax. Then, press the track wheel on any message and select Mail2Fax from the menu that appears on your screen. Last but not least, enter the fax number of your intended recipient and click “Send.”
